Support services in Germany.
When things feel too much.
Some situations require immediate, real-world help. This page brings together important contacts for acute danger, suicidal thoughts, violence, abuse, online problems and emotional distress.
Triluma can help you organise your thoughts, provide support and ease the strain. In an acute emergency, however, Triluma is not a substitute for emergency services, medical care or a crisis service.
